Why need ubec?
A UBEC (Universal Battery Elimination Circuit) is needed for a thruster to ensure stable power supply and protect your electronics. Here’s why:
- Stable Voltage: UBEC steps down the high battery voltage to a lower, steady voltage that your electronics, like receivers and controllers, need to operate safely.
- Protect Electronics: It prevents high voltage from damaging sensitive components in your thruster system, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Simplified Setup: UBEC allows you to power all electronics from the main battery, eliminating the need for separate receiver batteries and simplifying wiring.
In short, using a UBEC keeps your thruster system safe, stable, and easier to manage.
Why need Ycable?
a Y cable can be used to control two thrusters simultaneously. By splitting the signal from one receiver channel, the Y cable allows you to connect and control both thrusters at the same time using the same input. This setup ensures that both thrusters respond to the same commands, such as throttle or direction, making it ideal for applications where synchronized operation is needed.
